Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026 · Version 1.2

These terms apply between GoDevLab Agency (godevlabagency.com), which operates the platform ("we"), and the venue (a company or trader) that registers an account on the Каде си? platform at kadesi.mk. By registering a venue you accept these terms, including the Data Processing Agreement, on the venue's behalf. For the venue's clients and guests only the section "Clients and guests" applies.

This document is published in Macedonian and English. In case of a difference, the Macedonian version prevails.

1. Definitions

  • "Venue": a restaurant, hall or other business that has an account on the platform.
  • "Staff member": a person with a sign-in account for the venue.
  • "Client": a couple or other event organizer, with a username and password issued by the venue.
  • "Guest": a person invited to an event through an invitation link.

2. The service

The platform lets venues manage events, reservations, rooms, table layouts and menus, lets clients plan an event (guests, invitations, budget, agenda, notes), and lets guests answer an invitation. Features may change and improve over time.

3. Accounts and access

  • The venue is responsible for accurate sign-up details and for who has access to its account.
  • The venue issues the client's username and password and should hand them over securely. The client keeps them secret.
  • The invitation link is the only key to the invitation: anyone who has it can see the invitation and answer it. The client decides whom to share it with.
  • Tell us immediately at support@kadesi.mk if you believe someone accessed an account without permission.

4. Fees

Signing up is free. Paid plans and their price are agreed separately with the venue, and payment is made outside the platform. The platform processes no payments and stores no payment card data.

5. Personal data

The venue is the controller of the personal data of its clients, their guests and its reservations, and we are a processor that processes it only on the venue's instructions. The venue makes the planning tools (guest list, invitation, notes, budget) available to its clients as part of its service; the client fills them in, and the venue's staff do not see them in the panel, but the venue can export or erase them. The Data Processing Agreement, published at /en/dpa, forms part of these terms, and by accepting the terms you also accept it. We send a signed version on request.

The venue undertakes to:

  • have a legal basis for the data it enters and inform its clients and guests about the processing;
  • enter health or other sensitive data (for example allergies) only when it is needed for the event and the person has given explicit consent, and instruct its clients to do the same;
  • upload photos in which people are recognisable only with their consent or another legal basis;
  • answer requests from clients and guests about their data, using the tools in the settings.

How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • enter unlawful content or data without a legal basis;
  • access or try to access the data of another venue, client or event;
  • disrupt the platform or bypass rate limits or security measures;
  • use the platform to send unsolicited messages.

7. Content and intellectual property

The data and content you enter remain yours. You give us the right to store and display them only as far as needed to provide the service. The platform, its code and design are our property.

8. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may interrupt it temporarily for maintenance. We make daily backups that are kept for up to 35 days; they are for recovery after an incident, not for restoring individual items you deleted.

9. Termination and deletion

  • The venue can export all its data and delete its account in the settings at any time. Deletion is permanent: the venue, all events, clients, guests, reservations, photos and staff accounts are deleted.
  • When the service ends for any reason (deletion, closure by us or end of the contract), the venue has 30 days to export its data, after which we delete all personal data processed for the venue. On request we confirm the deletion in writing.
  • Deleted data disappears from backups after 35 days at the latest.
  • We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after prior notice unless urgent action is needed to protect other users or data.

10. Clients and guests

  • Clients sign in with a username and password from the venue, and guests use the invitation link. You must not access other people's data or misuse the invitation link.
  • The client is responsible for what it enters about other people (for example about guests).
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or under data protection law.

11. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and in other cases where liability cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit. The venue is responsible for the data and content it enters. This section does not limit the rights of clients, guests or other data subjects under data protection or consumer protection law.

12. Changes to these terms

We notify venues of material changes by email before they take effect. If you keep using the platform after that date, you accept the changed terms; otherwise you can delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in the Republic of North Macedonia, unless the law provides otherwise.
